Jakamo applications include the same functionalities for users to use with different processes in Jakamo. The basic principles on how to use general application functionalities in Jakamo are presented on this page.
📄️ Audits
Jakamo Audits App can be used for instance in conducting, sharing reports and following actions in supplier audits. Audits App does not support integrations at the moment, so both parties, auditing company and company being audited always use the Jakamo web user interface.
📄️ Bulletins
With the Jakamo Bulletins app, you can inform users within your company or users in one, several, or all of your partner companies at once. We recommend using Bulletins only for important information, as frequent Bulletins with minor updates may reduce their impact.
📄️ Claims
The Jakamo Claims App allows you to send, receive, handle, discuss, and track claims with your partners. You can manage the entire claim process and your claim portfolio within Jakamo. The Claims App supports learning, claim process management, transparent and real-time interaction, and follow-up of claims, all in compliance with the ISO9001 standard.
📄️ Contracts
Jakamo Contracts app can be used for managing contracts in your supplier network. Typical examples are frame agreements, General Contracts, NDAs etc. Contracts app does not support integrations at the moment, so both contract parties, always use the Jakamo web user interface.

Jakamo Development app can be used for managing development actions in your supplier network. Typical examples are sustainability actions, health and safety related actions agreements, logistic related development actions etc. Development app does not support integrations at the moment, so both development parties, always use the Jakamo web user interface.

Jakamo Ideas App enables to involve your partners in creating and further developing the ideas. Manage your whole idea portfolio with your partners transparently in one dedicated place. For example, share ideas via Jakamo related to co-ideating on DFM(A), product, service development, quality, or process improvement. Release the innovation potential of your partnership network where and whenever you choose.
📄️ Library
Library App is for sharing and managing documents and folders with your partners. Interact inside the library folders and share for example minutes of meetings, instructions, quality cards, and marketing materials using the Library App. Sharing content in Library App enables transparent interaction and management of documents and folders, and ensures that all parties have the same versions available in real-time.

Jakamo has released a new application, Requests for Quotations, for sending requests for quotations and making offers within one application. The Requests for Quotation application will gradually replace the old applications, Offer Requests and Offers, over time. This article is concering the old Offer Requests application.
