Suppliers — Start here

Your customer asked you to use Jakamo? You are a supplier (your customer is the buyer). This guide walks you through joining Jakamo and working with that customer.

  • No software to install — use your web browser.
  • Free for you — suppliers do not pay for Jakamo.

More about the platform: What is Jakamo.

Quick start — 3 steps

  1. Find the invitation email from your customer or Jakamo. Click Respond invitation.

    • No email? Check spam and ask your customer to resend the invite.
    • After a webinar? The invite often arrives shortly after the session.
  2. Register your company and your user (Register guide · thejakamo.com/register).

  3. Accept the connection to your customer when you log in to Jakamo.

Then open OrdersReceived and Confirm orders when you accept them.

After a webinar or letter from your customer

Many customers explain Jakamo in a webinar or letter before the invitation email.

  1. They tell you what Jakamo is and what they expect.
  2. You receive the Jakamo invitation (register + connect).
  3. You work together in Jakamo (orders, confirmations, and more).

If you were in a webinar but have no invitation, contact your customer’s project contact first — they send the invite from Jakamo.

Unanswered invitations can trigger automatic email reminders (for example after 1, 3, 7, 14, and 30 days). Details: Network — invitation messages.
