Access Multiple Companies

If you work for related companies that have separate Jakamo accounts, you can use the same email address to access both accounts.

When You Need This: Parent/subsidiary companies (Acme Corp and Acme Corp Ltd), regional divisions (Acme US and Acme Europe), or merged companies with separate accounts.

Setup Process

Step 1: Get Added to Both Companies - Each company admin must add you separately using the same email address. You'll receive two separate invitation emails.

Step 2: Complete Both Registrations - Accept both invitations using the same email, create separate profiles for each company, and use the same password for both accounts.

How to Login

  1. Go to thejakamo.com and enter your email address
  2. Choose which company to access from the selection screen
  3. Enter your password

Switching Between Companies

You can switch between company accounts without logging out - just use the "Change company" option in the sidebar menu.

  1. Click the menu icon (hamburger menu) in the top-left
  2. Look for "Change company" in the sidebar menu
  3. Select the company you want to switch to

Important Notes

  • Each company account has its own user profile
  • Your role can be different in each company. In company A you can be company_admin, but in company B you can be member
  • Password changes apply to both accounts

Troubleshooting

Problem: I don't see the company selection screen

  1. Verify you're using the exact same email address that was added to both companies
  2. Check with both company admins - was the same email used?
  3. Try logging out completely and logging back in
  4. Contact support if the issue persists
