Steps to Connect​

You have the flexibility to choose the approach that best suits your needs. Whether you prefer to receive an invitation from your customer or take the initiative to create an account and send a connection request, Jakamo makes it easy for you to get started.

Process 1: Customer Sends Registration Invite and Connection Request​

1. Receive Invitation and Start Registration πŸ“§β€‹

Your customer will send you an invitation email with a registration link. Click the green "Respond invitation" button in the email to open the registration page.

2. Fill Information, Accept Terms, and Complete Registration πŸ“β€‹

  • Company Information: Enter your company's details.
  • User Information: Enter your personal details to create your user account.
  • Accept Terms: Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  • Complete Registration: Finish the process and you'll be redirected to the Jakamo login page.

3. Accept Invitation πŸ“§β€‹

Once registered, accept the connection request from your customer in the Jakamo portal.

Process 2: Supplier Creates Jakamo Account and Sends Connection Request​

1. Register Your Company πŸ’β€‹

If your company is not yet registered on Jakamo, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Jakamo Website: Visit Jakamo Registration
  2. Create Account: Click on "Create Account" and fill in your company and user details.
  3. Accept Terms: Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  4. Complete Registration: Finish the process and you'll be redirected to the Jakamo login page.

2. Send Connection Request πŸ“§β€‹

Log in to Jakamo and send a connection request to your customer:

  1. Search for Customer: Use the search function to find your customer's company.
  2. Send Request: Click "Send Request" and provide your Jakamo ID.
