Jakamo use is easy and quick to start! When you log in first time to Jakamo you will be presented with these quick steps to get your Jakamo journey started. By following these steps, you ensure smooth and easy onboarding of Jakamo.

1. Invite your colleagues

The first step on Jakamo Tour is to invite all your colleagues into Jakamo. Fill in your colleagues' email addresses and define their role in Jakamo. By sending these invites, your colleague will receive the invitation email to create their own user profile to your company's account.

Invite all the colleagues who will need access to Jakamo in the future. If you are not sure which role to define, read more about Jakamo roles from User Guide's My Company page.

Please note that it is possible to invite new colleagues later on at any time by using Jakamo's Add user functionality.

2. Connect with other companies

The second step on Jakamo Tour is to search your business partners from Jakamo. Create a connection with them easily by requesting a relation with them. Find your partners from Jakamo by searching with their names.

Request a relation with your business partner from orange REQUEST RELATION button. An opening pop-up asks you to define whether the company that you want to connect with is your Customer or your Supplier. You may also add a short message that will be sent to the requested company. Finally, click SEND to send the relationship request. Company admin users' of the invited company will be notified of pending relationship request from you.

Please note that you may request more relationships later on at any time on the Jakamo Network tab in Jakamo.

3. Quick overview of Jakamo

The third and last step on Jakamo Tour is to shortly go through the basic explanation of the navigation in Jakamo. 4. First steps when starting to use the Jakamo service

After the successfully company registration & Jakamo tour, it’s time to dig deeper into Jakamo use. Follow these four steps to start Jakamo use with your business partners:

  1. Manage your personal information and settings. Check your personal info and select your UI language, set your timezone and set your profile picture.

  2. Ensure that you have all your business partner connected in Jakamo. Search more existing customers and suppliers from Jakamo and create relations with them if needed.

  3. Ensure that you have all the necessary users on your company account and add more colleagues into your company account if needed.

  4. Get familiar with Jakamo applications and start to use them with your business partners.
