Reminders

Users automatically receive email reminders for their incomplete tasks that have deadlines. Each user can choose whether they want to receive these reminders or not. To receive reminders, the task must be assigned to the user.

Default email reminder schedule:

  • Reminder email 3 days before the task deadline
  • Reminder email 1 day before the task deadline
  • Remainder email on the deadline day
  • Reminder email once every 7 days after the deadline until the task is completed

As a default, the selection in the user's Reminder settings is on.

Task Notifications in Jakamo: Jakamo automatically sends notifications to the task responsible user when new tasks are created. You can find a detailed description of all task-related notifications in the Tasks instructions.
