Reminders
Users will have automatically email reminders from their uncompleted tasks with deadlines. Users can define will they want to receive email reminders of their uncompleted tasks’ or not. To be able to have reminders, a task has to be assigned to the user. On the other words, the user is a responsible user of a task.
Default email reminder schedule:
- Reminder email 3 days before the task deadline
- Reminder email 1 day before the task deadline
- Remainder email on the deadline day
- Reminder email once every 7 days after the deadline until the task is completed
As a default, the selection in the user's Reminder settings is on.
